My little Emma girl will be 6 months in just a few short days! Time certainly has gone by very very quickly. Here are some of my favorite pictures of my beautiful baby girl!

Although her brother loves to pick on her, she loves him so much.

Broken!

Well, Austin and I have both decided to break something!

Austin broke his leg a couple months ago, and I broke my foot last week. Both of us were being graceful! I was texting, and stepped off the curb and broke my foot.

Austin was on the stairs at my parents house and he thought he was on the bottom stair so started turning around and fell off the stair!

Looks comfortable doesn't it!

Well, I started at JCPenny on Monday and was there Monday and Tuesday. It was kind of boring the first 2 days cause it was orientation kind of stuff but last night we got to go into the salon and be introduced to the hair color. I think I will like the color a lot. I also found out I will be working with a girl I went to Paul Mitchell with so that will be fun. I go back on Friday and watch how things run, then on Saturday I will be taking clients. YAY! Not to mention I get a discount through the whole store!! :)

Austin gets his cast off on Tuesday, little man will actually be able to take normal bathes. He is getting pretty good on it though. He actually kind of ran away from me last night when we were saying prayers.

huge update!!!!

Well, we went to Utah for the Memorail day weekend. Both my parents turn 50 this year and so we had all the family come in from out of town. Jake, Mai Mor and Emmett came from San Diego, and Jim, Sara, Caden and Avry came in from Phoenix. I hadn't see Jim, Sara and the kids for over a year. It was really nice to see everyone and celebrate the parents 50th. We got a family picture taken too, unfortunately Joe and Tori and the girls didn't come so we are missing 5 of our family members.

And... Austin broke his little leg poor kid. he was on the stairs leading to my parents back door and he fell off the bottom one and broke his leg. He has his cast on for another two weeks.

In other news I got a job!! I am going to be doing hair at the JC Penny styling salon. I am really excited to start I start next week. Stay tuned for that.

We blessed Emma on the 29th of May which turns out to be my Mom's Mom's Birthday. Her name happens also to be Emma. Coincidence?!?!

Jake and I are buying cars left and right! We sold our Altima to get an SUV and before we sold it we bought a 4runner, then I didnt like that so we sold the altima and bought a Rodeo (which I love) then the 4runner wouldnt sell so we had a guy offer to trade for a Neon, we did that and we fixed it up a little bit and sold that. Now we just bought a Ford Escort zx2 which I dont mind but Jake doesnt like it so that may be for sale here within the next few days! Oh the craziness!

Emma was born Feb 2nd 2011 at 1:03 pm she weighed 7lb 9oz. 191/2 inches long. She is a healthy girl and loves to eat.

Since I can't lift over 10 lbs for a while we thought it would be a good idea to get Austin used to a big boy bed while I had my parents here to help put him in and out of it. He is adjusting ok but sometimes gets out of bed to play or to come and try to snuggle with Mom and Dad. Here are some pictures of him in his new bed!

Well, I am almost 38 weeks now and last time we checked I was 90% effaced and dilated to a 2.

Her room is almost ready for her we are just waiting on the crib sheet and changing pad cover to come in the mail and for my parents to bring up her dresser.

Here are some pictures of her cute little room. We are so excited for her to come and for Austin to get his little sister. I know he will be a good big brother.

CHRISTMAS!!!

Christmas was fun... We went to Utah to be with Mom and Dad and Grandma and Grandpa.

We all had matching pajamas and we had a good time cooking, playing games and opening presents with Austin. Here are some of the highlights from Christmas Morning.

Well I had my ultrasound this last week on Monday and the dr. said it is 70% a...........

GIRL!!!!!

I was so excited but if anyone knows me what so ever they would know that 70% sure was just not going to be enough for 8 weeks! So.... I went to Idaho Falls and got another ultrasound and they found that it was 100%........................

GIRL!!!!

So on February 7th Emma Kathryn Anderson will come and grace us with her beautiful self.

Emily and I have been crafting this week. It started with one bow and we just couldn't get enough we started learning how to make new ones. We are so crafty sometimes it hurts! :)

I saw this on Shannon's blog and wanted to do it so I am going to. It took me about a week or so to complete my list of the things I wanted to do but I have it done and I will continue to keep the updates coming on how it is going.
What it is, is 101 things that I have always wanted to do or things that I just thought of that I think would be fun. I started February 10th and it will end November 7th 2012.

New Blog and Haiti

I have been inspired by Julie and Julia... so any recipe I try I will post it on my new blog along with the recipe and how it turned out. It is Kyriesrecipes.blogspot.com

I would also like to let all of you know that Paul Mitchell school are doing a charity for the Haiti Relief Fund. All the money we raise until the end of January will go to Haiti where people greatly need our help. The goal of all Paul Mitchell school (100) is to raise 100,000.00 so far yesterday my school in little ol Rexburg raised 600. Each school has a goal of 1000.00 so in just one day we are over half way there. I would just like to encourage you all to find a way to help those people whose lives were torn apart during this hard time. here are som recent pictures of my Cute Cute baby and I. We are having so much fun. I am still at Wells Fargo but only about 4x per month. so i have a lot to time to spend with my little guy. School is going good and I am loving that as well. Jake is doing well in school, although he hasnt been the past couple days due to a sinus sickness thing he has going on. I started to do Mary Kay so that will be good to have some extra money every now and then. I gotta get my booty moving on it though.
My parents recently moved to Utah so we have made a couple trips down there to see them. Austin loves having his grandpa and granny so close. We also got to see Jim, Sara, Caden and Avry over the Christmas break. The boys are getting so big I loved seeing them they are really fun. Also Jake and his wife Mai Mor were there too and I haven't seen Jake in a long time. It was his first time meeting Austin. Jake thought he was a stud. (I didn't disagree) Here are some pictures from Christmas

Sorry it has been so long. I went back to work and school so I have been a little busy. Baby Austin is doing really good. He is about 15lbs now and just a little porker. He still eats a ton and loves it. He loves his Daddy, but doesn't like to sleep. Although he is getting better at going to be at night. We can now put him in his crib and he won't scream bloody murder, he whines for a bit then goes to sleep. The other night he slept from 11:30 until 5. It was awesome to get that much sleep. He is starting to discover his hands, he will look at them while he is reaching out to get something and tries really hard to get things. He really likes to talk (babble), and smile. He is really good at it. There is a spot in our room that he stares at and smiles and talks all the time. We think it is the shadow of our lamp but we aren't too sure. Here are some pictures and I will try a video of him talking. On something unrealated to Austin. I got a hair cut. There is a pic of me and Austin where you can see it. I Really like it but I am getting it cut even shorter on Tuesday. I love having short hair it is really easy to do.

Never try to have a baby on a holiday

So, we went to the hospital last night to try and have a baby... I was having contractions every 2 minutes and they were lasting for 2 min. each getting harder as i got more. so we went to the hospital this was about 11:30 or so. We get there and they hook me up to the thing to monitor my contractions and to my luck they slow down. I am dialated to a 2 and 70% effaced. So what do they do they send me home cause my contractions aren't was often as they were at home.
To add to all of this I was supposed to be induced thursday at 8pm but they kept putting it on hold because they were under staffed and "full". Well by under staffed they mean that there were 4 or 5 nurses sitting at the desk doing (to my eyes) was nothing. And by full they also mean they only had 4 empty beds. They called the doctor and the doc said for me to go home because I was not far enough into "hard labor" although i was still having contractions.
I am pretty sure the doctor just didn't want to come in on the middle of the night on a "holiday". Well i am pretty sure you picked this profession and you knew there may be times when you would have to come in on a holiday. Well, I came home and had contractions all night but since they werent 1 1/2 min apart they weren't good enough contractions. So, they tell me that they can't induce people in the middle of the night or on weekends or holidays. So, today I am going to do everything I can to get him to come out. And, maybe once my water breaks I will be in "hard enough labor" that they doc will have to come in.

Today was crazy!!!

I went to work which was good, then kinda hung around the house till I had to go to school. It was pirate day at school today, that was fun. I dressed like a pirate but the sword got in the way of doing hair, so I just sported the skull bandana for the rest of the day. Oh I had a pirate hat too but that also got in the way

I did non stop hair today. I cut one of the girls hair and made it look pretty. then colored Brittanys hair so she could look awesome before she went home. I whipped it out pretty quick and it looked great when we were done. We just did some cute highlights.

My Mom and I bought her plane ticket today. She is flying out June 24th and will spend a couple of days in Utah depending on how everything goes with the baby. Then she will come up here and hang out with me until the baby comes. Then my Daddy is coming out the next week. I am so excited to see them both!!!

Its hard to think that I only have 5 weeks left until Austin is due. It seems like just yesterday I found out I was pregnant. There is so much going on in the next month the time should just fly right by.

Well, my feet are fat cause I haven't sat since 5 today and I have to eat something cause I haven't done much of that either today. But, I thought I would get all my excitment out for the day!!!! I am so excited!!!!!

Well, he is almost here, and I am getting really excited. I am having another baby shower on June 6th. My friend Courtney is throwing it for me. I am almost prepared for him to come we just need a few more things. Mom has some stuff for baby Austin too, but I don't get that until Mom comes out.

Jake's Mom is going to come and stay with us from the beginning on July until Jake gets out of school just to help around here while Jake is at school and work all day. She is such a big help.

Austin Aubrey Anderson

We found out on Wednesday that we will have a bouncing baby boy! We are going to name his Austin Aubrey Anderson! I am so excited. I will be having two baby showers when I go home to wisconsin. My mom and my mother-in-law are both throwing me one. Jake and I are registered at Target and Babies-r-us! We will keep you posted on how things are going!

This is our baby at about 9 weeks. It was a really neat experience! We are due July 4th 2009, I have a pregnancy calculator up on my blog counting down to the time that I get to have a little baby! I haven't been sick at all, I feel normal, I get a little more tired is all. I feel really blessed to have my pregnancy run so well. I will keep up on my blog.

Yes that's right, tomorrow will be my first day at Paul Mitchell, The Hair Academy. I will be doing night classes it will take me 2 years because I will be going at night. So for two years I will have no life.

My schedule goes as follows

Monday:

Work 8:30-3 School 5-10

Tuesday:

Work 9-4:30 School 5-10

Wednesday:

Work 10-2 School 5-10

Thursday:

No work School 5-10

Friday

Work 11-6:15 No school

Sounds Pretty crazy huh?

I want to start by saying I am so proud of you. I know for a fact that you will be a wonderful missionary. You will show so many people how they can have the same light that you so radiantly show everyday.

I am so grateful that you and I got to be such good friends. You have been there for me when I needed you the most. You never doubted my decision to get married you only supported me and showed me your love all the way through and for that I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You even drove all the way to Nauvoo to be there in the freezing cold with me!

Well Emmy, I love you and will see you in less then a week. Don't ever forget how special you are and how much I love you. I am only half the world away if you ever need anything.

Jake finally got a truck... something he has been waiting for all his life. We decided that we should get a truck for camping and hunting and things like that. We got a really good deal and he couldn't be more happy. All the time I hear "I love my truck"

It is a 1979 Ford and runs great!!! We are very excited.

Well, since my last post here is what has been going on.

I work at Wells Fargo as a Teller and it is beginning to grow on me.

Jake has finished his 1st semester here at BYU Idaho and is doing really well in school.

I have made a few good friends out here and that makes things a little easier.

Our apartment is fully decorated and I am loving having a place of our own, although it sucks to always have to clean it.

No we are not pregnant yet, someday though... Stay tuned! :)

My best friend got here mission call to Australia (spelling?) and I am so freaking happy for her!!!!

I am hoping to make it out to WI to see her go through the temple and be home for my brothers grad. party.

I turned 22 on the 21st. And my nephew told me "Wow, thats much older than I am."

I have been pretty crafty I made my Moms reciepe boxes for mothers day here are some pictures.
I even cut my hair...
Well, the computer is being a snob and won't let me put up any pictures so stay tuned....

New Apartment in Rexburg

Well, my husband and I made the journey and we are now here in Rexburg living the college life!! Jake is going to school and I am working at Wells Fargo as a teller. I am enjoying life out here so far! It won't be too easy but I am sure we will be fine!!!
