Let us never forget

6 Months!

My little Emma girl will be 6 months in just a few short days! Time certainly has gone by very very quickly. Here are some of my favorite pictures of my beautiful baby girl!

Although her brother loves to pick on her, she loves him so much.

Broken!

Well, Austin and I have both decided to break something!

Austin broke his leg a couple months ago, and I broke my foot last week. Both of us were being graceful! I was texting, and stepped off the curb and broke my foot.

Austin was on the stairs at my parents house and he thought he was on the bottom stair so started turning around and fell off the stair!

Looks comfortable doesn't it!

Well, I started at JCPenny on Monday and was there Monday and Tuesday. It was kind of boring the first 2 days cause it was orientation kind of stuff but last night we got to go into the salon and be introduced to the hair color. I think I will like the color a lot. I also found out I will be working with a girl I went to Paul Mitchell with so that will be fun. I go back on Friday and watch how things run, then on Saturday I will be taking clients. YAY! Not to mention I get a discount through the whole store!! :)

Austin gets his cast off on Tuesday, little man will actually be able to take normal bathes. He is getting pretty good on it though. He actually kind of ran away from me last night when we were saying prayers.

huge update!!!!

Well, we went to Utah for the Memorail day weekend. Both my parents turn 50 this year and so we had all the family come in from out of town. Jake, Mai Mor and Emmett came from San Diego, and Jim, Sara, Caden and Avry came in from Phoenix. I hadn't see Jim, Sara and the kids for over a year. It was really nice to see everyone and celebrate the parents 50th. We got a family picture taken too, unfortunately Joe and Tori and the girls didn't come so we are missing 5 of our family members.

And... Austin broke his little leg poor kid. he was on the stairs leading to my parents back door and he fell off the bottom one and broke his leg. He has his cast on for another two weeks.

In other news I got a job!! I am going to be doing hair at the JC Penny styling salon. I am really excited to start I start next week. Stay tuned for that.

We blessed Emma on the 29th of May which turns out to be my Mom's Mom's Birthday. Her name happens also to be Emma. Coincidence?!?!

Jake and I are buying cars left and right! We sold our Altima to get an SUV and before we sold it we bought a 4runner, then I didnt like that so we sold the altima and bought a Rodeo (which I love) then the 4runner wouldnt sell so we had a guy offer to trade for a Neon, we did that and we fixed it up a little bit and sold that. Now we just bought a Ford Escort zx2 which I dont mind but Jake doesnt like it so that may be for sale here within the next few days! Oh the craziness!

Emma was born Feb 2nd 2011 at 1:03 pm she weighed 7lb 9oz. 191/2 inches long. She is a healthy girl and loves to eat.

Since I can't lift over 10 lbs for a while we thought it would be a good idea to get Austin used to a big boy bed while I had my parents here to help put him in and out of it. He is adjusting ok but sometimes gets out of bed to play or to come and try to snuggle with Mom and Dad. Here are some pictures of him in his new bed!

Well, I am almost 38 weeks now and last time we checked I was 90% effaced and dilated to a 2.

Her room is almost ready for her we are just waiting on the crib sheet and changing pad cover to come in the mail and for my parents to bring up her dresser.

Here are some pictures of her cute little room. We are so excited for her to come and for Austin to get his little sister. I know he will be a good big brother.

CHRISTMAS!!!

Christmas was fun... We went to Utah to be with Mom and Dad and Grandma and Grandpa.

We all had matching pajamas and we had a good time cooking, playing games and opening presents with Austin. Here are some of the highlights from Christmas Morning.

Austin spends 90% of the time with his Papa none of us can even come close.
